Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for session cancellations. Failure to provide the necessary 24-hour notice will result in the loss of the session. 2. Session Timeliness: Sessions will commence and conclude as scheduled. If a client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 3. Payment Terms: Payment for sessions must be made in advance and within the agreed-upon timeframe for the specified block of sessions. 4. Validity of Session Block: If you choose to train twice a week by selecting a block of 10 sessions, it is required that all sessions within that block are utilized within 6 weeks from the first day of training. 5. Confirmation: If you are satisfied with the terms and conditions stated above, please confirm your agreement. Session Duration: Each session lasts 45 minutes. Flexibility for Breaks: Accommodates extra sessions for longer breaks, like holidays. Includes Nutrition Guidance Special Note: All 10 sessions, each 45 minutes long, must be completed within the 6-week timeframe. If you're planning a holiday or need to take a break, consider booking extra sessions before or after your absence to maintain the 6-week schedule. This structure is designed to ensure consistency and optimal progress in your fitness journey.
